Delete Your Account

At BOO, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. This page provides the complete process for requesting deletion of your account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your BOO account, please use one of the following methods:

1. Via Email: Send an email to support@boo.com.iq from the email registered to your account with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
2. Via WhatsApp: Contact us at +964 785 400 5003 and mention the phone number registered to your account.

We will process your request within a maximum of 30 days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following data:

• Personal account information (name, phone number, email address)
• Saved addresses
• Wishlist
• Shopping cart
• Advertising identifiers and session data
• App usage analytics

Data That Will Be Retained

We retain the following data for legal and accounting purposes:

• Order records and financial transactions: retained for 7 years in compliance with Iraqi commercial law
• Tax invoice data
• Customer support correspondence (for dispute resolution purposes)

This retained data is stored securely and is not used for any marketing purpose after account deletion.
