الشروط والأحكام

مرحبًا بكم في تطبيق بوو (BOO). باستخدامك لهذا التطبيق، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية.

1. القبول بالشروط

باستخدامك لتطبيق بوو، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء من هذه الشروط، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

2. الحساب والتسجيل

  • يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا على الأقل لإنشاء حساب.
  • أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية معلومات حسابك وكلمة المرور.
  • يجب تقديم معلومات دقيقة وصحيحة عند التسجيل.
  • يحق لنا تعليق أو إلغاء حسابك في حالة مخالفة هذه الشروط.

3. الطلبات والمشتريات

  • جميع الأسعار معروضة بالدينار العراقي (IQD) وتشمل الضريبة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.
  • نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لأي سبب.
  • يتم تأكيد الطلب بعد التحقق من توفر المنتج وقبول الدفع.
  • أوقات التوصيل المذكورة هي تقديرية وقد تختلف.

4. سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

  • يمكنك طلب إرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
  • يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.
  • بعض المنتجات غير قابلة للإرجاع (مثل المنتجات الشخصية والمواد الغذائية).
  • يتم رد المبلغ إلى المحفظة الإلكترونية خلال 3-5 أيام عمل.

5. المحفظة الإلكترونية

  • رصيد المحفظة غير قابل للتحويل إلى نقد.
  • يمكن استخدام رصيد المحفظة لدفع كامل أو جزء من قيمة الطلبات.
  • قد ينتهي صلاحية رصيد المكافآت والكاشباك وفقًا للشروط المحددة.

6. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات والتصاميم والعلامات التجارية في التطبيق مملوكة لشركة بوو أو مرخصيها، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة إنتاجها دون إذن كتابي.

7. الخصوصية

نحن نحترم خصوصيتك. يتم جمع واستخدام بياناتك الشخصية وفقًا لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.

8. تعديل الشروط

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم إشعارك بأي تغييرات جوهرية.

9. القانون المعمول به

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين جمهورية العراق.

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the BOO application. By using this app, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the BOO app, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Account and Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
  • You must provide accurate and correct information when registering.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account if these terms are violated.

3. Orders and Purchases

  • All prices are displayed in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) and include tax unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  • Orders are confirmed after verifying product availability and payment acceptance.
  • Delivery times mentioned are estimates and may vary.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.
  • Some products are non-returnable (such as personal items and food products).
  • Refunds will be credited to the e-wallet within 3-5 business days.

5. E-Wallet

  • Wallet balance is non-transferable to cash.
  • Wallet balance can be used to pay for all or part of order values.
  • Rewards and cashback balances may expire according to specified terms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, and trademarks in the app are owned by BOO or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal data is collected and used in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
